Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our Zendo. Membership to OMZ does not have a formal application process. Instead, there are loose requirements:

• Members attend OMZ sittings, sesshins, and other events with some regularity

• Members show a financial commitment to the Zendo (no specific dollar amount is required, but a recurring donation of any amount is helpful to us for budgeting purposes) 

• Members have a student-teacher relationship with Barry

Everyone, whether a member or not, is welcome at all OMZ events — weekday sittings, the Saturday program, monthly one-day sesshins, multi-day sesshins, discussion groups, etc. Membership is an expression of commitment to the practice and to OMZ, and does not include additional access that is not available to all.
