February 2012 Garrison Sesshin
Ordinary Mind Zendo will offer a sesshin at the Garrison Institute Thursday February 2 through Sunday February 5. There will be two different rates: a rate for the full sesshin (three nights) and a weekend rate (Fri and Sat night only). Registration deadline is Tuesday, January 24.

The next daylong sesshin will take place Saturday, March 10th.

Sitting Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7 - 8 am.
Monday through Friday, 6:10 - 7 pm.
Saturday, 10am - noon (except on sesshin days)
Daylong sesshins usually take place on the first Saturday of the month from 9 am - 5pm.
If you are a beginner or new to the zendo, please call or email first for a review of procedures or to schedule instruction.
Jukai Group Discussion - All Are Invited
From Barry: The jukai study group will have its next meeting Saturday February 11th at noon. All are welcome to attend a discussion of how to make the jukai ceremony, and the precepts themselves, feel relevant to our contemporary practice.

March All-Day Sesshin
March sesshin will be held on Saturday, March 10th from 9am to 5pm. The sesshin fee is $100 for members and $125 for non-members. Oryoki rental is $10. Fees are payable by cash, PayPal (ordinarymind@gmail.com) or check (to Ordinary Mind Zendo). When making payments, please be specific as to what your payments are for.
Registration for the March 10th sesshin is required by Thursday, March 8th. Email Claire for registration or with questions; and let her know if you will need to rent oryoki bowls or would like oryoki instruction.
